At AriZona Beverages, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order; however, due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we can only accept returns on non-consumable merchandise or damaged goods within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Email our support team with your order number and photos of any damaged items to initiate a return authorization.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Pack the unused merchandise or damaged items securely in the original packaging, including the packing slip and return authorization form.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
